These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SprinterRVDesk.com (the “Site”) and the AI-powered troubleshooting tool (the “Service”). By accessing or using SprinterRVDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of SprinterRVDesk constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
SprinterRVDesk provides a free, AI-powered troubleshooting assistant designed to offer informational guidance on maintenance, diagnostics, and common issues related to Winnebago and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter-based recreational vehicles (RVs). The Service is not a substitute for professional mechanical advice, dealer service, or emergency assistance.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on a knowledge base covering Winnebago models (Era, Revel, View, Navion, Boldt, Solis, EKKO) and all generations of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van platform (T1N 2002–2006, NCV3 2007–2018, VS30 2019+), including Roadtrek, Airstream Interstate, and Storyteller Overland variants. Responses are informational in nature and based on patterns in vehicle design, engineering data, and owner experiences.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
SprinterRVDesk is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. AI-generated responses are informational only and may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or advice that does not apply to your specific vehicle, usage pattern, or situation.
You acknowledge that:
- AI responses are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or repair by a qualified mechanic or authorized dealer
- Vehicle repair and maintenance can be dangerous; improper work can result in injury, vehicle damage, or safety hazards
- You must verify all information independently and consult a qualified professional before taking any action based on SprinterRVDesk guidance
- Some responses may reference component failures, recalls, or safety issues; for safety concerns, immediately contact your vehicle dealer or NHTSA at 1-888-327-4236
- The accuracy, relevance, and completeness of any response are not guaranteed
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SprinterRVDesk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Service content or AI-generated responses
- Actions taken based on information or guidance provided by the Service
- Vehicle damage, personal injury, or loss of life resulting from reliance on Service content
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or communications
- Any third-party content, links, or services accessed through the Site
In no event shall SprinterRVDesk's total liability to you exceed the total amount you have paid for the Service (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.
5. User Conduct and Rate Limits
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, the Site, or any systems or networks connected to the Service
- Disrupt, interfere with, or damage the normal operation of the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the underlying source code or architecture of the Service
- Use the Service to develop competing products or services
- Submit false, defamatory, or harassing content
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms
To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, we implement rate limiting on the API and user-facing chat. Users are limited to 30 requests per minute. Requests exceeding this limit will be rejected with a 429 (Too Many Requests) response. Persistent abuse may result in IP-based blocking or account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on SprinterRVDesk, including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and the compilation and arrangement thereof, is the property of SprinterRVDesk or licensed to SprinterRVDesk and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as questions or messages), but you grant SprinterRVDesk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or Service content without prior written permission from SprinterRVDesk, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use in compliance with these Terms.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, and services (such as forums, communities, dealer locators, or parts suppliers). SprinterRVDesk does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. SprinterRVDesk is not liable for any harm resulting from your use of third-party services.
8. Advertising and Third-Party Ads
SprinterRVDesk may display advertisements from Google AdSense and other advertising networks. These ads are served by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. SprinterRVDesk does not control the content, placement, or behavior of third-party ads. Your interaction with advertisements is at your own risk, and SprinterRVDesk is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from ad fraud, malvertising, or third-party advertising practices.
By using the Site, you consent to the display of advertisements and the collection of anonymous data by advertising networks for the purpose of serving targeted ads.
9. Modification and Discontinuance of Service

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
