SprinterRVDesk ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at sprinterrvdesk.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
Usage data: When you use the app, we collect anonymized usage statistics including which vehicle model and year you selected, question topics (not full question text), response times, and general geographic region derived from your IP address. We do not store personally identifiable information.
Chat questions: Questions you type into the chat interface are sent to Anthropic's API to generate answers. We store a truncated preview (first 120 characters) of questions for analytics purposes. We do not store full conversation histories.
IP addresses: Your IP address is used to enforce rate limits (maximum 30 requests per minute) and for general geographic analytics. IP addresses are not stored beyond the server session.
Referrer data: We collect the referring URL (e.g., which website sent you here) to understand traffic sources. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
2. Cookies and Tracking
SprinterRVDesk does not use tracking cookies for user identification. We may display Google AdSense advertisements, which use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing history. Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Third-Party Services

- Azure App Service: The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. See Microsoft's Privacy Policy.
- Azure Application Insights: We use Application Insights for performance monitoring and error tracking. Data is retained for 90 days.

- To understand which vehicle models and topics are most useful to our users
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse

Anonymized usage statistics are retained for up to 90 days. Server logs are retained for 30 days. We do not retain full chat conversations.
